Checking In On Our Work Out Front
This dated entry had the homeowners looking for something new, but in addition, the foundation of the entry slab itself was beginning to sink. The first step was removal of the entry feature from the home, and then digging out the compromised foundation to install something solid, new, and fresh.
After proper demo, it was time to set the new foundation. With a beautiful new drive, rear entry, and electronic gate waiting for them around back while we took over the front, this left us free to update the front entryway with minimal disruption to the homeowner. A long-lasting foundation for the new entry pad means properly excavating the old and compromised and setting rock-solid base to build on. From a design perspective, the key here (as shown below) for the homeowners is that the new seamlessly blend with the front walk already in place leading up to the home.
